Tomato Head's Blackberry Slump

- FILLING: 4 cups frozen blackberries, 3/4 cup sugar

- TOPPING: 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbls butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl mix blackberries with sugar, toss well to coat and place in 9" Pyrex pie pan. In a small sauce pan over low heat, warm milk with butter until butter is melted. Meanwhile in a medium bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. When butter has melted pour milk mixture over dry ingredents and whisk until combined. Pour flour mixture over fruit. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
