    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds round steak -- cut into 2 cubes
    1 cup onion -- chopped
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme -- crushed
    1 each bay leaf
    14 1/2 ounces tomatoes
    1 cup low-fat sour cream -- to be added later

    Recipe



    Put steak cubes and onion in crockpot.

    Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes.

    Add all remaining ingredients *except *sour cream.

    Stir well. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hrs. (High: 4-5 hrs).

    Add sour cream 30 min. before serving and stir in thoroughly. .

    Serve over hot egg noodles. (Count the noodle separately - Healthy
    Harvest would cost you 1 Point for 1/2 cup)
