Creamy White Chili

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion, chopped fine
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 TBS. olive oil
3 cans (15.5 oz.) Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans (4.5 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (or more to desired taste)
2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup whipping cream
Recipe
Saut� onion, garlic powder and chicken in olive oil until chicken is no
longer pink. Add beans, broth, chilies and remaining seasonings. Stir
well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30
minutes. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and whipping cream. Serve
immediately with warm corn bread. I like to add jalapeno and cheddar
cheese to my corn bread mix for added flavor and punch.
