	Hi, my name is Gayle and my husband's name is Brian. We both love to cook and spend a lot of time in the kitchen together.
	Between us we have 7 children (all living on thier own) and 9 grandchildren (Audrey, Lily, Benjamin, Davin, Alexis, Alyssa, Carson, Ryan and Jacob), and 9 cats. My five children love to cook and each has thier own favorites. I am including all the recipies that I and my kids grew up on, as well as some new favorites that Brian had in his collection.
	I have a lot of food allergies so we cook almost everything from scratch. Because I can't eat MSG (Monosodium Glutamate), none is included in my recipies. I have collected several recipes for chicken and beef broth that may help others who are sensitive to MSG.
