    List of Ingredients




    # 4 shrimp (16-20 ct.), peeled, tail on, split and deveined
    # 4 mussels
    # 6 oz. grouper (cut into 4 pieces)
    # 4 oz. chorizo sausage (pre-cooked)
    # 4 oz. chicken breast (cut into 2�x 2� pieces)
    # 1/4 lb. unsalted butter
    # 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    # 1 large tomato, diced
    # 2 oz. white wine
    # 1 tsp. cumin
    # 1 tsp. sage
    # 1 tsp. thyme
    # 2 tsp. salt
    # 1 tsp. pepper
    # 3 cups cooked yellow rice

    Recipe



    In a saut� pan over medium high gas heat, add butter, garlic and wine. When hot, add chicken, sausage and grouper. Cook until almost done. Add shrimp, mussels, and tomatoes. Add all spices. Cover and cook until done approximately 3 minutes. Place hot rice in a large bowl. Pour hot mixture over rice and arrange seafood on top.
    Serves 1
