SPAGHETTI TUTTO MARE

Recipe Introduction
Thin spaghetti, black mussels, clams, mixed fresh fish, langostino, garlic, spicy tomato sauce
List of Ingredients
4 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. garlic
1 pinch red chili flakes
16 oz. fresh ahi, cut into 4 oz. pieces
8 oz. white wine
12 mussels (1/5 oz. meat each)
12 clams (1 oz. meat each)
8 oz. langostino (lobster) meat
24 oz. tomato sauce
1 lb. spaghetti, dry weight
1 Tbs. chopped basil
1 Tbs. parsley
Salt and pepper, (optional, not included in analysis)Recipe
1. In a saut� pan brown the garlic in oil and chili flakes.
2. Add ahi and flamb� with white wine.
3. Evaporate wine and add mussels, clams and langostino.
4. Add the tomato sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes on high heat.
5. Add basil and parsley.
6. Salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook spaghetti in rapidly boiling water for 8 minutes.
8. Pull shellfish from sauce.
9. Strain pasta and saut� it in the tomato sauce for 30-45 seconds.
10. Serve in the middle of dinner plate and place shellfish around pasta.
11. Sprinkle with parsley and Buon Appetito!
