    2 T Vegetable Oil
    6 Large Garlic Cloves, minced
    1 Small White Onion, minced
    12 oz Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout
    1 � cups Chili Sauce
    � cup Barbeque Sauce
    1 � cups Grape Jelly
    1 T. Dijon Mustard
    � cup Soy Sauce
    2 tsp. BBQ Spice
    1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
    1T. Worcestershire Sauce
    � tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
    � tsp. Kosher Salt

    Recipe



    In a heavy bottom 2 Qt. sauce pan, heat the oil for 30 seconds over medium high heat. Add the garlic, stir then add the onion, stir. Cook for 1 minute. Add the stout, simmer until half the liquid has evaporated. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Use immediately or refrigerate up to 2 weeks!

    NOTE:
    Try to save some stout and add a couple of ounces in the end.

    Makes 1 qt
