�Third and Long� Spicy Swordfish

List of Ingredients
* 4 6-ounce swordfish portions; rubbed with olive oil
Sauce
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 2 cloves minced garlic
* 1/2 cup drained black beans (from a can)
* 1/2 cup salsa
* 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
* 1 teaspoon Cholula� Hot Sauce
* juice from 1/2 lemon
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantroRecipe
# On a plate, rub the swordfish on both sides with olive oil.
# Pre-heat the barbecue grill to medium heat. Place the swordfish on the grill and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is firm to the touch.
# When you flip the swordfish, heat a saut� pan on the burner side of the grill and melt the butter. Add the garlic and saut� for 30 seconds. Add the black beans, salsa, vinegar, hot sauce, lemon juice and cilantro. Cook for 1 minute.
# Place the swordfish on plates and top with the sauce. ENJOY!
