    Chocolate Cookie Crumbs:
    2 cups crushed chocolate wafer cookies
    3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted

    Maple Walnut Filling:
    1 cup walnuts, toasted*
    1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, divided
    2 bars (1.5 ounces each) Godiva Dark Chocolate, coarsely chopped
    2 bars (1.5 ounces each) Godiva Milk Chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/3 cup pure maple syrup
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon light corn syrup

    Make the chocolate cookie crumb layer:

    Line 13x9x2-inch baking pan with aluminum foil so that the foil extends 2 inches beyond two opposite sides of the pan.


    Combine wafer crumbs and butter in bowl and mix well. Press mixture into bottom of prepared baking pan.


    Make the maple walnut filling:
    Sprinkle walnuts, 1/4 cup coconut, dark chocolate chunks and milk chocolate chunks over crumb layer.


    Combine sugar, heavy cream, maple syrup, butter and corn syrup in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue cooking and stirring until mixture reaches 240�F. on a candy thermometer. Remove pan from heat. Pour hot mixture over chocolate mixture and sprinkle with remaining coconut.


    Cool for 30 minutes at room temperature. Then refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm enough to cut into squares. Using two foil handles, lift bars from pan. Carefully remove foil. Cut into 48 squares. Store in airtight container at room temperature.


    *To toast walnuts, spread on baking sheet. Bake at 350�F. for 8 to 10 minutes or until toasted.
