Herb Mushroom and Wild Rice Stuffing

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 teaspoons McCormick� Poultry Seasoning
1 teaspoon McCormick� Parsley Flakes
1 teaspoon McCormick� Ground Sage
1/2 teaspoon McCormick� Season-All� Seasoned Salt
1/4 teaspoon McCormick� Ground Black Pepper
4 cups cooked wild rice
2 cups dry unseasoned bread crumbs
1 cup chicken broth
Recipe
1. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add mushrooms, celery, and onions and saut� 5 minutes. Stir in seasonings.
2. Combine rice and bread crumbs in large bowl; stir in vegetable mixture. Add broth; toss to combine. Spoon into 13x9x2-inch baking dish; bake, covered, in a 350�F oven for 30 minutes
