    Udon Noodle Stir Fry with Toasted Sesame

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg pre cooked 400g udon noodles
    1/2 lb snow peas, 250g cleaned
    1 large red pepper, 1 finely sliced
    1/2 lb fresh bean sprouts 250g
    3 pcs mini bok choy 3pieces
    1 tbsp honey 15ml
    3 tbsp sesame seeds 45ml
    3/4 cup teriyaki sauce 165ml
    1 tbsp pickled ginger, 15ml sliced thin

    Recipe



    1. Place noodles in a bowl. Add boiling water,
    covering noodles and let stand for 2 minutes.
    Drain. Keep warm.
    2. Toast sesame seeds in T-FAL fry pan over medium heat until golden.
    3. Add snow peas, red peppers, ginger, bok choy
    and teriyaki sauce. Let simmer until vegetables
    are tender.
    4. Add honey and noodles. Heat through.
    5. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Add washed
    bean sprouts, toss and let stand for 1 minute before
    serving.

    Serves 6.
