    List of Ingredients




    2 T. Butter
    1/4 C. Flour
    1 Egg
    1/4 C. shredded Swiss Cheese
    2 C. finely chopped Chicken
    1/4 C. finely chopped Celery
    2 T. Dry White Wine
    2 T. Chopped Pimento (opt.)
    1.4 C. Mayonaise

    Recipe



    Melt butter in 1/4 C. boiling water. Add flour and dash of salt. Stir vigourously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball and doesn't separate. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add egg and beat vigourously till smooth.
    Stir in cheese, drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 400' about 20 min. Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire racks. When cool, split open.

    Combine remaining ingredients w/1/2 t. salt and dash pepper.
    Fill each puff w/2 t. filling.
