    List of Ingredients




    1� cup finely chopped celery
    16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    6 tablespoons dried fine bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
    1 teaspoon JO's Loose Meat Seasoning or any meat seasoning
    1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery or Mushroom Soup*
    � cup water

    In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute celery for 10 minutes or until just tender. Remove from heat and spoon celery into a medium bowl. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, onion flakes, JO's Loose Meat Seasoning, � cup celery soup, and � cup partially cooked celery. Mix well with hands to combine. Using a � cup measuring cup as a guide, form into 6 patties. Place patties in same skillet used to saute celery. Lightly brown about 5 minutes on each side. Add remaining celery soup and water to remaining celery in bowl. Mix well to combine. Evenly spoon mixture over patties. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is cooked through and celery is tender. For each serving, place 1 patty on a plate and spoon a scant � cup celery sauce over top.

    Serves 6 � Each serving equals:
    124 calories, 4 gm Fat, 12 gm Protein, 10 gm Carbohydrate, 297 mg Sodium, 66 mg Calcium, 1 gm Fiber
