    List of Ingredients




    2 cups shredded cabbage
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 cup finely chopped onion
    15 Ritz Reduced Fat Crackers made into crumbs
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    � cup reduced-sodium ketchup
    1� teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, onion, cracker crumbs, parsley, and black pepper. Add meat, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to combine. Evenly pat mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Place pan on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Cut into 6 servings.

    HINT: A self-seal sandwich bag works great for crushing crackers.

    Serves 6 � Each serving equals:
