    List of Ingredients




    1 cup grated raw potatoes
    16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    � cup chopped onion
    1 egg or equivalent in egg substitute
    � teaspoon black pepper
    3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    2 cups fat-free milk

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, meat, onion, egg, and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Using a � cup measuring cup as a guide, form mixture into 6 patties. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown patties on both sides about 10 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and keep warm. In a covered jar, combine flour, parsley flakes, and milk. Shake well to blend. Pour mixture into skillet and cook over medium heat until gravy thickens, stirring constantly. Pour a full � cup gravy over each patty.

    Serves 6 � Each serving equals:
