    List of Ingredients




    2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    � cup water
    16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    6 tablespoons dried bread crumbs
    1 (2.5-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained*
    � cup chopped onion
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup

    In a 2-cup glass measuring cup, combine dry milk powder and water. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, half of mushrooms, onion, black pepper, and � cup milk mixture. Mix well. Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup as a guide, form into 6 patties. Place patties in a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Brown patties for 5 minutes on each side. Continue cooking until cooked through. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine remaining milk mixture, remaining mushrooms, and mushroom soup. Cook over medium low heat until patties are done. For each serving, spoon about 1/3 cup sauce over each patty.

    Serves 6 � Each serving equals:
    152 Calories, 4 gm Fat, 15 gm Protein, 14 gm Carbohydrate, 365 mg Sodium, 157 mg Calcium, 1 gm Fiber
