    Corny Chicken Twists

    8 TysonŽ Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
    1 tablespoon mustard
    1 package refrigerated cornbread twists, 11.5 oz.
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    8 wooden skewers

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Wash hands. Spread mustard on chicken. Place on baking sheet. Wash hands.

    2. Bake chicken 8 minutes. Meanwhile, unroll cornbread dough. Pinch center seams together to make 8 long strips of dough. Spread ketchup on one side of each strip.

    3. Remove chicken from oven; let cool. Wrap one dough strip around each chicken tender so the ketchup side is touching the chicken. Pinch ends of dough together. Insert 1 skewer into each wrapped chicken tender. Return chicken to baking sheet. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until dough is brown and chicken is done (internal temp 170°F).

    Serving Suggestion: Serve with coleslaw and baked beans. Refrigerate leftovers.
