    Serves 6
    1 cup sliced zucchini
    One 13 oz can of evaporated skim milk
    ½ cup sliced mushrooms
    ¼ cup sliced onion
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ¼ cup sliced red pepper
    ¼ teaspoon pepper
    1 Tablespoon sliced fresh basil
    ¼ cup sliced green pepper
    ½ cup chicken broth
    cup green beans, cut in ½-inch diagonal pieces
    ½ cup white wine
    4 cups cooked pasta
    Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon flour

    Sauté zucchini, mushrooms, onion, red pepper, green pepper, and green beans for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Spread flour in another large skillet.
    Add evaporated milk and stir. Do not boil; milk will separate.
    Add salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
    When liquid reaches a nice sauce consistency, add chicken broth, wine, and sautéed vegetables.
    Serve over hot cooked pasta and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
