    List of Ingredients




    4 c water
    1 lbs shrimp
    1/2 c onion
    1/2 c green peppers
    28 oz canned tomatoes
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
    2 TBS cornstarch
    2 c cooked brown rice

    Recipe



    Boil water and add shrimp. Simmer until shrimp turns opaque; drain and set aside. In a skillet combine onion, pepper, and 1/4 c water. Boil, then simmer 3-4 mins. Stir in undrained tomatoes, bouillon, sugar, thyme, and hot sauce. Simmer 8 mins. Combine strach, 1/4 c water and stir. Cook until bubbly, add shrimp. Serve over rice and parsley.
