    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. chopped crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
    1-1/2 cups fresh soft breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    2 Tbs. fresh parsley
    1 Tbs. onion powder
    1 Tbs. fresh thyme
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 cup olive oil


    Combine all ingredients except the olive oil. Form into cakes about 1/2 inch thick. Add olive oil to heavy skillet. Add cakes and fry in batches over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
