� 1 lb. chopped crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
� 1-1/2 cups fresh soft breadcrumbs
� 1/4 cup mayonnaise
� 2 Tbs. fresh parsley
� 1 Tbs. onion powder
� 1 Tbs. fresh thyme
� 1 tsp. dry mustard
� 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
� 1/4 cup olive oil
Recipe
Combine all ingredients except the olive oil. Form into cakes about 1/2 inch thick. Add olive oil to heavy skillet. Add cakes and fry in batches over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
