List of Ingredients
1-3/4 tsp. unsalted butter, melted
4 Texas white rolls, thawed
2-1/2 tsp. salad seasoning
10 ounces crabmeat
1/4 cup plus 1 Tbs. fat-free Thousand Island dressing
4 lettuce leaves
Coat the bottom of a baking pan with melted butter. Stretch each roll to about 6 inches. Place rolls in pan and coat with butter. Sprinkle with seasoning and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden. Remove from pan. Let cool and split each in half lengthwise. Combine crabmeat and dressing in a bowl. Fill breadsticks with crab mixture and lettuce.
