    Cake:

    1 (18 1/2-ounce) package yellow cake mix
    1 cup Egg Nog
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 tablespoons rum or 1 teaspoon rum extract
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    Frosting:
    1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1 (16-ounce) package sifted confectioners' sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons Egg Nog
    Yellow food coloring

    Cake:Preheat oven to 350�. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat at medium speed 3 minutes.
    Pour into 3 well-greased and floured 8- or 9-inch square or round cake pans. Bake 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

    Frosting:In small mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add egg nog, 1/2
    teaspoon at a time. Stir in food coloring. Fill and frost cake layers.

    Makes one 8- or 9-inch cake
