    Quick & Easy Pizza Crust (Fat Free)

    this is a fat-free pizza dough that does not involve waiting on yeast to rise

    List of Ingredients




    2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour (if not available use another cup of all-purpose flour)
    1 T. baking powder
    1 (12 oz.) can of beer (at room temperature)

    Recipe



    Combine the flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.

    Add the beer and stir to form the dough. (it happens right away)

    Spread onto a baking sheet sprayed lightly with cooking spray. (the size of the sheet depends on how thick you want your crust to be)

    I like to cook the dough for a few minutes before I add any sauce or ingredients, so that it will be crisp.

    Bake at about 325 to 375 degrees until your ingredients are done to your satisfaction and the crust is completely cooked.
