    Source of Recipe

    unknown

    Recipe Introduction

    Serves: 24

    List of Ingredients

Make Quick & Easy Pizza Dough or your favorite. Have enough for 2 - 12" Pizza Crusts
1 1/4 lbs. lean beef, fine or coarse ground or veggie burger
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 1/2 T. chili powder
    2 t. ground cumin
    1/2 t. oregano
    1/4 t. red pepper flakes
2 c. cooked red beans, mashed or to your taste
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes, chopped, drained

    Recipe

Saute the meat, garlic and onions over medium heat in a saucepan until meat loses its color (or onions are done). Stir meat occasionally. As you stir, mix in chili powder, cumin, oregano and pepper flakes.

Mix in beans and tomatoes. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and continue cooking 30 minutes. Taste to adjust seasonings. Chili should be slightly thick. Cool and
    drain.

Prepare dough. Shape and stretch dough into two 12-inch sprayed rectangular pans.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees with pizza tile on lowest rack.

Spread 2 cups drained chili on each pizza. Bake pizza 20 minutes until crust begins to color and pizza is hot. Serve immediately.
