    List of Ingredients




    6 eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    worchestershire sauce to taste
    tabasco sauce to taste
    1 tsp. vegetable oil

    Mix all ingredients with a whisk until well blended or put in resealable container and shake. Pour oil into skillet until heat is evenly distributed. Pour in egg mixture and lower the heat. When mixture begins to set, fold the mixture until liquid is gone and eggs are cooked throughout. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

    Tips to Ponder

    Adding grated cheese when eggs are nearly finished cooking creates wonderful tasting cheese scrambled eggs.

    By shaking the eggs in a resealable container before adding them to the pan, the mixture tends to "fluff" more than if just whisking.
