    Crust:
    1 c flour
    2 Tbsp sugar
    c oil
    tsp salt
    2 Tbsp milk

    Filling:
    1 c water
    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    c sugar
    1 small box strawberry jello
    2 pints fresh strawberries

    Recipe



    Crust:
    Mix ingredients with fork in pie pan and press with fingers to form shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool. Add the filling and chill; top with whipped topping if desired. (You can also use a frozen pie shell instead of making from scratch.)

    Filling:
    Combine first three ingredients in sauce pan, stirring constantly. Cook until mixture is clear and bubbles. Add jello, cook, then fold in fresh strawberries.
