(ONE) QT. BUTTER MILK
(ONE) QT. VEGETABLE OIL
10� OR 12� CAST IRON SKILLET

METHOD
COMBINE: FLOUR, CORN MEAL, SALT, PEPPER,
WASH AND SLICE TOMATOES APPROXIMATELY �� THICK
HEAT VEGETABLE OIL IN SKILLET ABOUT A, �� DEEP
DIP TOMATO SLICES INTO BUTTER MILK AND SHAKE OFF EXCESS
DREDGE SLICES IN MEAL MIXTURE, PRESS LIGHTLY
PLACE INTO PRE-HEATED 350 TO 375 DEGREE OIL, AND FRY BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN
PLACE AND LET DRAIN ONTO PAPPER TOWELS.
SERVE HOT WITH A RANCH DRESSING, DIPPING SAUCE
