    Radishes with Sour Cream and Chives

    2 cups radishes, peeled
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp flour
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tbsp chopped chives

    Recipe



    Cook radishes in salted water until tender. Drain, reserving liquid.
    Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour. Add 1/3 cup radish broth and
    sour cream. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
    Add radishes, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat through.
    Serve garnished with chives.

    4 - 5 servings.
