    Your kids will love the creamy taste of peanut butter chips combined with fresh banana. And the first bite will make you think of your own childhood lunches. Peanut Butter and Banana Muffins are the perfect bedtime snack too. Simply heat and serve with a glass of milk.

    List of Ingredients




    Peanut Butter and Banana Muffins

    1 1/2 cups ROBIN HOOD� All Purpose Flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    1 1/2 cups bananas, mashed
    1 pkg peanut butter chips, divided

    Recipe



    COMBINE first 5 dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat egg, melted margarine and mashed bananas together thoroughly.

    ADD banana mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Stir in 1 1/4 cups peanut butter chips. Fill muffin cups sprayed with a non-stick spray.

    Sprinkle remaining peanut butter chips on top.

    BAKE at 375�F for 20-25 minutes, or until tops are firm to touch.

    Makes: 12 muffins
