Marinara Sauce � your favorite variety6 oz
Fresh Mozzarella � cut into � inch pieces2 � 3 Tbsp

Cook pasta in salt water � In a saut� pan heat the skillet and add the garlic oilo Add mushrooms and begin to saut�o Add the red onions and zucchinio Add the balsamic vinegar and cook about 45 secondso Add the red pepper and artichokes o Add the marinara and simmer together until the sauce is hotOnce the marinara is hot add the cooked pasta and let simmer for 1 -2 minutesRemove from heat fold in the fresh mozzarella Place in a serving bowl or plates and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley
