    Parmesan Dijon Wings

    Parmesan Dijon Wings

    2 1/2 pounds wings, trimmed and separated
    1/2 cup butter
    4 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
    1 large garlic clove, chopped
    2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    Salt and pepper
    1/4 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 cup fine, dry bread crumbs
    1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


    Recipe

    Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over moderate heat and stir in mustard,
    garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano. Add wings and fry until nicely
    browned on all sides, about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Reduce heat and sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Toss well to
    coat evenly. Transfer to a platter and serve.

    Makes 2 to 4 servings.
