Shrimp Bisque

Shrimp Bisque
3/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 tbsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon or 6 chicken flavored cubes
1 lb of cooked shrimp
1/2 c. of butter
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. roasted red peppers
1 c. or 16 oz. size can corn
1 pt. heavy cream
In large stock pot melt butter. In melted butter, saut� onions and garlic until tender. Stir in flour, gradually add chicken broth and bouillon, stirring until smooth and well blended. Bring to a boil and add potatoes, reduce heat and cook 10 to 15 minutes.
Put in a soup kettle or crockpot and cool to tepid then add corn, roasted red peppers, cream, cooked shrimp and heat through - hot don't boil.
