    List of Ingredients




    CRUST:
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 cup flour
    2 oz. pecans, ground

    Mix margarine, flour and ground nuts well.
    Pat in a 13 X 9 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees
    for 15 minutes.
    Cool completely.

    Recipe



    FIRST FILLING:
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 cup powered sugar
    1 8 oz. cool whip, thawed

    Cream together the cream cheese, powered sugar
    and thawed cool whip. Spread on top of cooled
    crust.

    SECOND FILLING:
    2 large boxes chocolate instant pudding
    1 8 oz. cool whip, thawed

    Prepared pudding mix according to package directions
    and spread over the cream cheese mixture.

    TOPPING:
    Spread remaining carton of cool whip over all and garnish
    with additional nuts, or shaved chocolate.
    Refrigerate after assembled over night.
