    List of Ingredients




    Bert Moritz Dessert
    Nut Crust:
    1 3/4 cups flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    3/4 - 1 cup pecans, chopped

    Mix all ingredients together and press into 11 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

    Second Layer:
    1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
    1 cup Cool Whip
    1 cup powdered sugar

    Mix together and spread on cooled crust.

    Top Layer:
    2 small packages coconut instant pudding
    3 cups milk

    Mix pudding as directed
    Spread over second layer and refrigerate. Top with cool whip and sprinkle with 1/4 cup toasted coconut and refrigerate.
