    List of Ingredients




    Brandy Mousselaine Sauce

    Yolks of 3 eggs
    1 cup powdered sugar
    2 tablespoons brandy
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    few grains of salt

    Beat yolks of eggs until light and add gradually, while stirring
    constantly, sugar and brandy. Cook over range five minutes stirring
    constantly. Set pan in a larger pan of ice water and beat until cold;
    then add cream, beaten stiff with vanilla and salt.

    Now if I can only find the ultimate pudding recipe and can actually
    screw up the courage to go where no woman has ever gone before--with an
    ancient pudding mold and without benefit of suet or persimmons!
