    Pecan Kisses

    List of Ingredients




    Pecan Kisses
    2 large egg whites
    3/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups broken or chopped pecans

    Beat egg whites to form soft peaks. Gradually beat in brown sugar and vanilla. Fold in pecans and drop onto greased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes; turn off oven and let kisses stand in oven 20 more minutes. Store in airtight containers. For longer storage, keep in freezer. Makes about 4 dozen.
    Tip: For best results with whipped egg whites, allow egg whites to come to room temperature before beating.
