    PORK TENDERLOIN DIANE

    1 pound Pork Tenderloin
    1 T. Lemon Pepper
    2 T. Butter
    2 T. Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed is best)
    1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 t. Dijon Mustard
    1 T. Minced Fresh Parsley

    Cut tenderloin into approximately 8 slices; place each slice between 2
    sheets of wax paper and flatten to 1/2" thickness. Sprinkle pork with
    lemon pepper. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; cook pork for
    3 or 4 minutes per side or till no longer pink. Remove to serving
    platter and keep warm. To the pan juices add lemon juice,
    Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Heat through, stirring
    occasionally. Pour sauce over pork and sprinkle with parsley. Yield:
    4 servings.
