Chicken and Avocado Wraps
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1 ripe avocado, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup diced red onion
1-1/2 teaspoons TABASCO� brand Pepper Sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
Cilantro sprigs (optional)
Preheat oven to 375�F. Wrap tortillas in foil; place in oven 10 to 15 minutes to warm. Cook chicken breasts on grill or in broiler 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center. Cut chicken into thin slices. Combine chicken, salsa, avocado, red onion, TABASCO� Sauce and salt in medium bowl.
To assemble wraps, place 1/4 of mixture on each tortilla; roll up tortillas, tucking in sides. Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
