Recipe
1 � 16 oz loaf French Bread
� Cut into cubes about 1� � Either use stale bread or put into a bag and freeze overnight to dry it out.
1 � Can Condensed Milk
2 Cups Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Whole Milk
In a large bowl, put the cubed bread� pour the milks over it and stir to coat all the bread and then let it sit for about 15 minutes to soak in the milk.
Add: 1 Cup of Sugar
� Cup Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 Cup of yellow raisins (optional)
Mix well�
Add 3 beaten Eggs�
Mix well�
Spray 9 x 13 pan and add � stick of melted butter into the bottom of the pan. Cook at 350 for 25 � 30 minutes� or until �set� in the middle.
Rum Sauce:
2 Cups of Sugar
2 Sticks of Butter
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
Rum
Melt Butter and add Sugar. Cook until sugar melts � 2 or 3 minutes. Add milk and rum to taste (1 � 2 Tblspoons). Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook 5 minutes. Serve warm over pudding.
