    Sour Cream Pancakes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 3 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 2 eggs (beaten)
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup buttermilk


    Instructions


    1. Mix all dry ingrediets together in mixing bowl.


    2. Add buttermilk, oil, egg and sour cream.


    3. Mix with mixer until smooth.


    4. If too thick, add a little more buttermilk.


    5. if too thin, add a little more flour.


    6. Fry on hot griddle in butter and top with butter after cooked.




    Final Comments


    Use a ladel to pour batter onto griddle, this will help all the pancakes to be the same size.
