Sour Cream Pancakes

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingrediets together in mixing bowl.
- Add buttermilk, oil, egg and sour cream.
- Mix with mixer until smooth.
- If too thick, add a little more buttermilk.
- if too thin, add a little more flour.
- Fry on hot griddle in butter and top with butter after cooked.
Final Comments
Use a ladel to pour batter onto griddle, this will help all the pancakes to be the same size.
