    Layered Chicken Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb cooked chicken (diced)
    • 6 hard boiled eggs
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
    • 1/2 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
    • 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
    • 5 tablespoons melted butter


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    2. In a medium bowl combine mushroom soup, milk, celery, bell peppers and paprika.

    3. Mix well and set aside.

    4. In a greased casserole dish cover bottom with 1/2 lb of diced chicken.

    5. Slice hard boiled eggs and arrange over chicken.

    6. Spread half soup mixture over eggs.

    7. Top with 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.

    8. Drizzle with butter.

    9. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
