    Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 sticks of butter
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon bakign soda
    • 1 - 12 oz package milk chocolate chips
    • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
    • 1 small box of vanilla pudding mix


    Instructions


    1. Preheat 325 degrees.

    2. Beat butter, sugars and eggs with electric mixer.

    3. Mix in flour and baking soda.

    4. Mix in dry pudding mix.

    5. Fold in chocolate chips.

    6. Drop by TABLESPOON on baking sheet with parchment paper.

    7. Cook on top rack for 10 minutes or until LIGHTLY brown on bottom.

    8. You can use parchment paper on the cookie sheets or spray with non stick spray.

    9. Makes 24 cookies.



    Final Comments


    The key to soft cookies is removing them when the are ALMOST completely done. They will continue to cook a few minutes when you take them out of the oven.
