List of Ingredients
- 1 whole cut up chicken (or 4 split chicken breasts)
- 1 bottle of liquid injection seasoning
- oil
- flour
- black pepper
Instructions
- Inject the chicken with seasoning.
Pour any remaining seasonings over chicken, cover and marinate in refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Drain excess seasoning off chicken.
- Coat with flour and let set until flour becomes pasty.
- Heat oil until hot.
- Brown chicken quickly in hot oil and dust with black pepper while cooking.
- Place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and cook 15 minutes.
