    Baked/Fried Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 whole cut up chicken (or 4 split chicken breasts)
    • 1 bottle of liquid injection seasoning
    • oil
    • flour
    • black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Inject the chicken with seasoning.

      Pour any remaining seasonings over chicken, cover and marinate in refrigerate for 4 hours.


    2. Drain excess seasoning off chicken.


    3. Coat with flour and let set until flour becomes pasty.


    4. Heat oil until hot.


    5. Brown chicken quickly in hot oil and dust with black pepper while cooking.


    6. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.


    7. Uncover and cook 15 minutes.
