Saucy Blond Chili
List of Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Lb. Ground Pork
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Medium Onion
1 Garlic Clove Minced
3 Cans (16 ounces each) Great Northern beans, Undrained
1 Can (14 1/2 ounces) Chicken Broth
1 Can (4 ounces) Chopped Green Chiles, Undrained
2 Tsp. Ground Cumin
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
Recipe
In a soup pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Sprinkle the pork with the salt and pepper and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, breaking up the meat until browned. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the onion is tender. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the chili thickens slightly, stirring occasionally.
