Mushroom Strudel

List of Ingredients
8-oz. sliced mushrooms
1 small chopped onion
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
2-oz low-fat cream cheese
1 Tbs. chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of nutmeg
6 sheets of phyllo dough, thawed
Recipe
Saut� the mushrooms, onion and garlic in olive oil. Stir in the cream cheese, salt and pepper and nutmeg and chives.
Lay the phyllo dough on a clean towel and spread the mushroom mixture about 1" away from the short side of the dough. Fold the sides over about 1/2" and use the towel as a guide to roll it up jelly roll style.
Place on a greased sheet and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool a little bit before slicing. Serves 6-8
