    The mustard adds a subtle, tangy flavor to the meat.

    List of Ingredients

    4 6 oz pork chops
    1/4 C low fat margarine
    1 T Dijon mustard
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp fresh parsley, minced
    1 T green onions, minced
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp white pepper
    nonfat cooking spray


    Remove fat from chops. In a small bowl combine margarine, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, green onions, paprika, salt and white pepper. Coat indoor contact grill with cooking spray and preheat at least 5 minutes. Spread the mustard butter evenly over the top of each chop. The Dijon butter will melt and run into the drip tray as they cook. Grill 5-6 minutes. To serve, pour melted Dijon-butter over each chop. Serves 4.
