    Moist & Tender Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

    List of Ingredients

    3 lbs pork spareribs
    1 T salt
    1 T sugar
    1 T paprika
    liquid smoke
    BBQ sauce, homemade or bottled

    BBQ Sauce:
    1 1/2 C Ketchup
    1 T vegetable oil
    1 T Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 C lemon juice
    2 heaping T brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp salt, optional
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp Dijon mustard

    Mix ingredients well and spread evenly over ribs.


    Pre-heat the oven to 250. Mix salt, sugar, and paprika. Rub mixture on all sides of the ribs. Sprinkle with liquid smoke. Place meat in a large baking dish in about 1 inch of water (or halfway up each rib). Cover tightly with foil. Bake covered at 250 for 2 hours. Remove from oven and drain off the liquid. Spread barbeque sauce evenly on ribs and bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.

    For Sauce:
    Mix ingredients well and spread evenly over ribs.
