List of Ingredients
- up to 6 fish fillets of your choice (ie: salmon/halibut)
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- salt & pepper
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijion mustard
- pinch of dried thyme or rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Instructions
- Drizzle fish with oil; salt & pepper both sides, to taste;
- Sear on high heat until evenly browned (4-7 mins.); Remove from pan.
- Combine juice, mustard and thyme/rosemary and "reduce" in same pan to about 1/3 cup. Whisk in butter and pour over fish.
