    14 oz. spaghetti
    4 1/2 cups boiling water
    Salt
    3 tbsp. olive oil (plus a few drops)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    12 black olives, pitted and chopped
    1 1/4 cups feta cheese, crumbled
    4 sage leaves, chopped
    Freshly ground black pepper

    Put spaghetti in a microwave-safe dish and pour boiling water over it. Push the spaghetti down into the water and add a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap and cut slits in top to vent steam. Cook for 12 minutes. Let stand, covered, while you make the sauce.

    Put the 3 tbsp. olive oil in a microwave-safe dish and cook for 45 seconds. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minutes. Add the olives and cook for 30 seconds.

    Add the feta cheese to the hot oil, and stir in the chopped sage. Grind in a little black pepper and mix the sauce well.

    Drain the spaghetti and stir in the sauce. Serve at once.

    Serves 4.
