    CRAZY CRUST PIZZA

    I USED THIS RECIPE MANY TIMES WHEN I DIDN'T HAVE INGREDIENTS ON HAND TO MAKE A REGULAR CRUST.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CUP FLOUR
    • 1 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1 TEASPOON ITALIAN SEASONING
    • 1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER
    • 2 EGGS
    • 2/3 CUP MILK
    • TOPPING:
    • 1/ 1/2 POUNDS GROUND BEEF AND/OR SAUSAGE, AND/OR 1 CUP SLICED PEPPERONI
    • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
    • 1 CUP PIZZA SAUCE
    • 1 CUP MOZZARELLA CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. IN MEDIUM FRYING PAN, BROWN GROUND BEEF OR SAUSAGE.
    2. DRAIN WELL.
    3. LIGHTLY GREASE AND FLOUR PIZZ PAN
    4. PREPARE BATTER IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE FLOUR,SEASONINGS,EGGS, AND MILK.
    5. MIX TIL SMOOTH.
    6. POUR BATTER ONTO PREPARED PAN, TILT PAN TO SPREAD BATTER.
    7. ARRANGE MEAT AND ONION ON TOP.
    8. BAKE 425 DEGREES ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
    9. REMOVE FROM OVEN, DRIZZLE WITH PIZZA SAUCE, AND SPRINKLE ON CHEESE
    10. RETURN TO OVEN AND BAKE 10 TO 15 MINUTES LONGER.
